Through the training programmes we held in September, we updated the knowledge and competencies of our volunteers.
A&J Supervisor Training
- The training held between 12–15 September 2025 was attended by 14 volunteers. Throughout the sessions, the focus was on the implementation processes of the Award and approaches to supporting volunteers.
A&J Assessor Training
- The training organised between 20–21 September 2025 brought together 10 volunteers. Information was provided on current assessment methods and case studies within the Adventurous Journey processes.
Award Leader Trainings
- On 20th and 21st of September 2025, we held two separate Award Leader Trainings with a total of 29 volunteers.
- In these sessions, our volunteers had the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the key elements of the Award process, the approaches they can use to support participants, and the philosophy behind the Award.
- Together with our volunteers, we took another step towards creating a safe and inspiring journey that enables young people to explore their potential.
