Award Leader Trainings
- On March 7 and 8, 2026, we conducted two separate Award Leader Trainings in Turkish and English in Istanbul, with a total of 20 volunteers.
- Within the scope of the trainings, candidates were provided with comprehensive information about the structure, levels, and implementation processes of The International Award for Young People-Türkiye. The core principles of the Programme, the activities carried out by participants throughout their journey, and the guiding role of Award Leaders in supporting young people’s development were discussed.
- In addition, through practical examples and experiencesharing sessions, participants had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the Award’s implementation.

Bronze Category A&J Assessor Training
On March 25, 2026, an online training was conducted for A&J Assessor candidates who will take part in the Bronze Category Adventurous Journeys. A total of 16 candidates participated in the training.
- During the training, participants were provided with comprehensive information on the roles and responsibilities of an Assessor, the 10 conditions of Adventurous Journeys, safety and emergency procedures, required journey documentation, and the meetings that should be conducted between Assessors and participants.
This training aimed to support Assessor candidates in managing the process more effectively and safely, while also contributing to strengthening the quality of program implementation in the field.
