The English-language Supervisor Training, held at TED Rönesans College on 10th-12th May, offered an unforgettable experience for our participants. Throughout this weekend, we provided supervisor candidates with comprehensive information regarding their duties, responsibilities, and the skills they need to develop.
In our training programme, we covered theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills to support field experience. By providing hands-on training in areas such as setting up tents, using camp equipment, cooking techniques, and the use of sleeping bags and mats, we aimed to help candidates feel more confident in the field.
Additionally, we provided detailed training on map reading and completing the necessary documentation for their upcoming Practice Journey. This ensures that the candidates will be prepared for any situation they may encounter in the field and will be able to pass on their experiences to the participants.
