As the International Award for Young People – Türkiye, we continued our trainings for the Award Leader candidates who will guide our Award participants!
A total of 33 volunteers attended the 2 training we held in January!
In these trainings, we aimed to enhance our volunteers' skills in leadership, mentoring, and the implementation of the Award by providing them with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Throughout this enjoyable and educational process, we took a step forward with our volunteers to support young people in their personal development.
