Within the scope of the International Award for Young People - Türkiye, Award Leader trainings were held on 2-3 December 2023. Candidates form different cities of Türkiye received comprehensive training on the basic principles,sections,and implementation of the Award Programme.
This intensive training process was not limited to theoretical knowledge; it was also enriched with practical applications and interactive activities.Participants had the opportunity to directly experience what they learned. In this way ,they gained a deeper understanding of the fundamental principles of the Award Programme and the chance to apply what they learned in practice.
We believe that these trainings are an important step for candidates to be successful in their future leadership roles.
