The first of the Assessor and Supervisor Meetings was held on February 22, 2026, in Istanbul, with the participation of 20 volunteers. The
second meeting took place on March 1, 2026, in Ankara, hosted by Özel Eryaman Okyanus Anadolu Lisesi, with 14 volunteers. The third meeting took place in Izmir, hosted by Özel Bornova Okyanus Anadolu Lisesi, with the participation of 6 volunteers.
- The main purpose of the meetings was to evaluate implementation processes encountered in the field, address questions raised by volunteers, and strengthen a shared understanding of the Award’s operations.
During the meetings, operational topics such as budget planning related to Assessor and Supervisor roles and the sharing of related expenses were discussed.
In addition, within the scope of Adventurous Journeys, responsibilities of external activity providers in out-of-city implementations, the scope of transportation services, and previously experienced cases were reviewed.
