As part of The International Award for Young People – Türkiye, an A&J Assessor Training was conducted online on 25th March 2024. Assessor candidates from across Türkiye came together to receive detailed information regarding the Adventurous Journey section, as well as the processes and operations of being an Assessor.
During the session, the details of the Adventurous Journey section—a vital component of the Award Programme—were explained, and the importance of their roles within this section was highlighted. Furthermore, a comprehensive briefing was provided on how the assessment process works and the responsibilities candidates must undertake during this journey.
This event allowed candidates to connect more deeply with the Award Programme and prepared them for their essential roles as Assessors. By enhancing their knowledge and experience, the participants gained the necessary skills to guide young people through their adventurous journeys.
